Scythian's belt bags

I  am  Joze  from  Slowenia  (Europe) and i am  interessting very  much in  history  and living history,   specially the european  Celts. I   am member  of   austrian's reneecting group Boii Pannonia.
I am  lokking    for   information about Iinformations of the Golden  Man from   Issyk - he wore   a   red   leather  belt    bag. I would like   to   get more    informations about this   kurghan   and   this   grave   and   specialy   about  this   leather   belt    bag.
Do   you  know any  others  items -  belt    bag  in   the  ancient   time?
We  don't have  similary belt    bags in   Europe  in   the   ancient   time.

Please for   help! 
I wrote   yesterday   to  the   National  State Museum  of Kazakhstan, Altay  i  hope  to   get  the   answer.

If  you  need   informations from   Europe   and our   history (Archaeology) i  will    help    you.
